Materials & System Integration
Container Enclosure
Standard ISO 20ft or 40ft high cube containers with CORTEN weathering steel frames. Internal and external surfaces are coated with anti-corrosion paint, achieving IP54 / NEMA 3R protection rating.
Battery System
Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) or nickel cobalt manganese (NCM) cells are adopted. Battery modules are framed with aluminum alloy, while battery racks adopt plug-in structures for convenient capacity expansion.
PCS Module
Built with IGBT or SiC power semiconductors. Grid-tied operation complies with IEEE 1547, and off-grid mode supports black start capability.
Thermal Management System
Combined cooling solution of variable-frequency air conditioning and liquid cooling. The battery compartment temperature is maintained between 20℃ and 35℃, and the PCS compartment ranges from 30℃ to 55℃.

Packaging & Transportation
Full-container delivery
A complete 20ft container weighs approximately 18 to 22 tons, while a 40ft unit weighs 28 to 35 tons. Transport options include trucks, rail freight and container ships.
Secure transit fixing
ISO standard corner castings are fitted at four corners of the container for firm locking onto transport vehicles; the allowable tilt angle during transit shall not exceed 15 degrees.
Post-delivery inspection
Upon arrival, inspect the container exterior and sealing performance, and verify battery voltage (no less than 95% of pre-shipping voltage). For long-term storage, battery balancing charging shall be conducted once every three months.
